Terms and Conditions:
Placed orders may be canceled with a full refund.
For orders due after 12 pm, cancelation is guaranteed with a 3-hour notice. For orders due before 12 pm, Deadline for cancelation is 6:00 pm the day before the delivery is due. Please inform us by phone regarding any changes to the order. Any order cancellation requests that exceeds the deadlines may happen with a full refund if it wasn't’t prepared yet. However, no refund guarantees are provided in such cases.
Costumers are illegible for refunds only during the following situations:
- The order was canceled within the time limits provided in our cancellation policy.
- The order was not delivered within the time frame chosen by the costumer. And our costumer support failed to inform and get acceptance from the costumer regarding a change in the delivery time.
- The order was received damaged (It’s the costumer’s responsibility to inspect and report damages while the driver is still present in the location of the delivery. If the costumer failed to report damaged orders after the driver leaves the premise, a refund is not illegible).
- Costumer received the wrong order and we failed to replace the order within a reasonable amount of time.
Costumers are not illegible for a refund if:
- We failed to deliver the order due to inability to contact the costumer on the numbers provided to us by them.
- We failed to deliver the order in a time efficient matter due to a wrong address given by the costumers.
- Damages to the orders occurred due to misuse by the costumers. Both flowers and chocolate are perishable and sensitive products. So please review our tips on flowers and chocolate handling.
- An incoordination appeared between the buyer and the receiver of the order. It is the buyers responsibility to insure that that receiver is present and reachable in the time of delivery.
Any other refund request must comply with the policies of the Consumer Protection Department
